Are you still looking at Bug Reports? I've notice that at https://www.winnc.com when clicking on the menu icon and then clicking on "Support", there is no longer a link for Bug Report. However, I know the URL for a Bug Report and I have reported a number of them in the past month using that URL. I have received confirmations of submission. But, I wonder if you are looking at them and looking into the problems that are reported that way.

We still receive and sort out bug reports. Recently the v8.0.0.0 has reconnected the bug report icon in the WinNc interface.
