When trying to open a new folder (F7) i first get a screen where I need to press OK.  In this screen it shows as if I'm trying to open the new folder at c:/ 9but its not the case)   Then, Im getting an answer: Cant create folder, folder already exist

Can you please try to reset WinNc? (And make a backup of you WinNc config if needed) You can reset WinNc using the CTRL key when you startup WinNc.

It doesnyt help. Also – this is a brand new installation, just purchased

Ok, Can you try to run WinNc as an administrator to test if your system blocks our WinNc.exe with rights?

To run WinNc as administrator, go to the Options menu and click on “Elevate WinNc”. WinNc will restart in administrator mode.

You can use the F7 key to create a folder.
