I am a new user. I was unable to find on how many computers the license could be used. The one question on this forum about it leads to a non-existing page.... But I guess based on other questions, concerning reinstalling, that the license is for one compter. What's the price for a 2nd and 3rd license?

The non-existing page error can be found to type “install” in the search box and take the link in the first row

Hi Joop, We use a "fair use" machine to license ratio: You can find this window in the WinNc main menu > help > registration info Here you can see what your ratio is and you can buy extra licenses when needed. The extra licenses in the cart have a discount based on the number of licenses you have.

BTW, you are able to enter a COUPON if it’s active in the buy cart there. We now have coupon AUTUMN20 active.

So, what are the ratio's? When is an extra license required, at what ratio? Is 1:2 or 1:3?

I bought an extra license a week ago and got a mail that my payment was processed and a license was added; 2 licenses now. It is running om 3 devices now. However, the registration info now shows that I have it running on 6 devices? It says "please consider to buy more licenses".

I have reset the number of devices and it should be ok now.

When I restart WinNC and check the registration info it hasn’t changed (so still 6 devices and 2 licenses). However it also says “Server connection not checked” and the date of checking is yesterday, which it considers being “today”. Even if I kill WinNC through the Task manager and try again it is not updated. Well, I guess it will be allright somewhere in the coming days….
