Do you know that F11 - Change Attributes to change the time stamp does NOT work in WinNc 7,8.0.0 on a Windows 7 machine. I am talking about changing the time stamp on a folder (and not a file). I tried it in Windows 10 and Vista and it didn't work either. So, it seems that it only works on files and not folders. Is it supposed to not work on folders? If so, can you make it work on folders, too?
