WinNc QuestionsCategory: Feature requestIs There a Way to Lock the Tab Rows from Changing Position?
Gary Smith asked 7 years ago
I average about 6 rows of tabs for my projects.  Since the rows constantly change position to display the row containing the most recently picked tab, I find it hard to predict which row contains the next tab that I want to pick.  This forces me to scan each row looking for the tab that I want to pick which slows my work flow.  I understand most users like the rows to move around, but I do not.  Is there any way to make this behavior an option?  I have looked among all the interface options and not seen a way to lock the rows.  Is there a way to hack the registry to do this?  Can you add this as a new feature to a future update or would that be too hard to code?
