On 1 PC I have creeated 2 users. One uses English, the other uses Dutch.
I installed WinNc in Nederlands. When I go to the english 'user' WinNc crashes when I try to open a folder or a txt file. Sometimes I am getting a Memory error 0x000000.
The same happens when in the Dutch environment I change the WinNc language from Nederlands to English.
Is there a solution for this?

You can install 2 WinNc on 2 different locations and that way you can have 2 languages available.

Perhaps you can install WinNc in seperate folders for each language setup? (WinNc EN and WinNc NL)
