We haven't seen this issue before. For a temporary solution, can you download and install the 32-bit version of WinNc?

Recently WinNC started exhibiting odd behaviour: it will not let the system eject a USB stick. When I forcibly remove the stick the program crashes and if I simply try to reboot the system, it hangs. I am on Win 8.1 64bits. After a reboot, WinNC has lost all the licence information and my settings and I need to configure it again. Painful. Anyone has a similar experience?
