How do I install winnc on a new computer?

The instruction in the Email reads: "Attached is your WinNc key file you can double click to automatically register your copy". But where should I store this file?

You can store it on any place. (I recommend to put is in your administration folder)

double click doesn’t work
enter registration info doesn’t work (name and serial number)
even if name and registration number are correct (validation failed on the server)
