if I want open xlsx-file from WinNC 10.1.0.0 it only opens as txt

You can view the xlxs file using F3 / view. You can edit the file in Excel by pressing ENTER or F4 (Edit). Just checked it here in v10.1.0.0 and it works. Do you have Excel installed?
